At Fenwick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
